After your session, we’ll schedule your reveal and selection appointment, where you’ll see your photos for the first time in a beautiful, curated slideshow. This is where you’ll finalize the selections for your album, wall art based on what you’ve pre-selected during your consultation.

While you’ll have the opportunity to add additional products at this stage if you fall in love with more images (and most clients do!), it’s important that we know what pieces you want to prioritize before the session. This ensures that we can deliver the perfect photos that match your vision for your home and your memories.

With a dedicated team including an editorial designer and an art consultant we have the best there is to offer. Our team will offer expert opinions on album layout, pairing your cover customizations to make the album fully personalized, and guide you through adding on any additional heirlooms you fall in love with in the process. In a one-on-one virtual meeting we will turn your memories into an emotional, curated story. TERMS OF SALE: Purchases are considered custom-made commissioned art and the sourcing and production of these goods begins at the time of purchase. Due to the custom nature of the order, all sales are final and non-refundable.

Once the final products are delivered, The client has 2 weeks from delivery receipt date to view the products and inform The Studio of any errors or issues. After 2 weeks, if The Studio hasn't received a response or confirmation, the client assumes responsibility for any additional costs associated with recovering designs and reordering products.
